As a Realtor with Chapman Realty, I specialize in new home construction. Prior to my real estate career, I worked for seven years in new home construction. During this time, I realized the importance of design, craftsmanship, as well as location in the new home buying process. For each individual or family, the answer to each of these questions may be different. However, I must understand a person's style or lifestyle, their likes and dislikes, as well as their routine to find their perfect home.
