It has been said of me that a stranger is only a friend I have not met yet.  My 17 years experience as a loan officer and upbringing has given me a well rounded knowledge of many aspects of living and the ability to communicate well.  I am just as comfortable speaking with a logger in North Georgia about his portable bandsaw as I am with discussing emerging market opportunities with a vice president of Wells Fargo.  My attention to detail while surrounding myself with a service team that is second to none means to you the very best level of origination, processing, underwriting and closing of your deals.  Most Government loans are closed within two weeks. 


I have worked with the high end Borrowers and closed million dollar plus loans.  I have worked equally hard for the $50,000 buyer who I needed to put 4 people on the loan to qualify. I have always taken the consultative approach to loan origination because in the end, you have a referral source for life. People appreciate it when you take the time to walk them through the home buying process and explain in great detail what it takes to get them to the closing table.  My wife says I have more patience than anyone she has ever known and I believe that is an important aspect of lender when working with 1st Time Homebuyers.  It is also why you will find my home, cell, office and alternate phone numbers on every email I send out.  I am there for my clients and they know it.


I consider myself to be an open, trusted, committed, leading man. I take what I do very seriously because I am directly responsible for a Realtors income and the roof over a client's head.
