I have been in the Real Estate Lending business since 1979. I worked with Mortgage Bankers during the early part of my career and also worked for a Builder owned mortage company for 8 years. I am a one person shop and specialze in providing superior service to the borrowers who choose to do business with me. I have watched the market change over the years, with the introduction of the ARM in the early 80's to 100% loans with stated income. I have helped people buy and refinance in all types of market conditions. Loans that were at 18% and as low as 4.25%.
