I have been in the business of customer service for over 30 years. I got into real estate because I had some bad experiences with real estate agents. I stated to my wife that I felt I could do a better job with my customers than we were afforded and I could assist my customers/clients better than we were treated. I believe I am accomplishing that goal.
In todays world, it is very difficult to find a "service oriented" business that really "cares" for anyone except themselves whether it be resturants, retail shops or real estate. There is a "How will this benefit me" attitude. I strive everyday to relate to my customers/clients that they are my concern and I am their servant.
I am constantly looking for better ways to serve people. I would truly look forward to assisting anyone that is looking to buy or sell their home and I truly do take their needs to "heart."
