I am the Madison, Wisconsin area condo queen. Also, as a former general contractor, I know a ton about new construction and actively sell a lot of new construction and homesites. A 15 year real estate veteran, I started my career 20 years ago buying and flipping houses. My husband and I started on our great real estate venture flipping and graduated to building homes and then rental properties, eventually graduating to condominium and residential developments.
