Do you have any certifications and qualifications? What sets you apart from other agents/loan officers? I have been doing real estate appraisals for 7 + years and have been in the mortage industry in some way shape or form for 13 years. I have experience as a mortgage loan underwriter/processor/loan officer. I am also a licensed realtor in the state of Wisconsin, so I know real estate and the real estate market inside and out!! I have been through the complete real estate market transformation from mortgage brokers being uncommon and unknown to the general public, to interest rates being the lowest in history, to the current buyers market, so I have the experience and professionalism to help you no matter what the current real estate market may be!!!
Certifications
I am experienced in appraising single family to 4 unit homes for the primary purpose of refinancing or for purchases. I also (primarily) work with first time homebuyers as a realtor there is nothing more rewarding than being a part of the first (of many) big purchases in your life!!
