Helping A Million Homeowners (HMH) was and idea that was developed by a group of Real Estate professionals, all of whom are committed to making a difference in their communities and in today's economy, committed to change. They formed a vision and a goal to help a million homeowners from going into foreclosure. “We feel that if the market is going to get back on it's feet again it's going to be because of Real People helping families avoid foreclosure through a short sale or loan modiï¬cation.”
We have just launched the website and put out a call for Ambassadors and have had a great responce. My goal with Helping a Million Homeowners is simple: Acknowledge and Promote the Ambassadors that are helping change the lives of families in their community.
So I think we can all agree that short sales require patience and an complete understanding of the short sale process. So many Agents RUN AWAY from short sales and because of their fear, sometimes it is the homeowners who pays the price. What if you could learn to LOVE short sales?
