Get to Know Octavia Jackson
As a licensed property manager, my objectives are threefold:
1.) Service My Investors
2.) Provide Rental Options for interested parties; and
3.) Invest in a Real Estate Investment Portfolio
I am interested in meeting real estate investors who are interested in investing in income generating properties in the regional and State market; I am interesting in meeting other property managers or brokers who are looking to get rental properties occupied (and people who are looking for short and long-term housing); and I am interested in meeting brokers whom are selling investment properties or are interested in investment partnerships.
Certifications
My areas of expertises include cash flow management and client service. I have been involved with client services for over 10 years. I adhere to the philosophy, "In a service base economy, if you lose the customers' focus, you risk losing your business". My service focuses on recognizing trends and adhering to time tested methods.
