He discovered the benefits of reverse mortgages while researching them for his mother-in-law.
According to Mark, the best part of his job is getting to know his senior clients and helping them to understand the reverse mortgage program. “I also find it rewarding when a reverse mortgage can help move my clients into a better financial situation,” he adds.
Mark enjoys the stories, history, and humor his older adult clients share with him. He has learned through them to work hard, save his money, and be sure to prepare himself for retirement. Born and educated in Birmingham, England, Mark has lived in Highland Park, NJ, for the past 10 years with his wife and four children. In addition to coaching several youth soccer teams in his area, Mark recently found time to contribute to an article on reverse mortgages, (“Reverse Gear”) for The New York Sunday Times.
Mark has originated dozens of Reverse Mortgages nationwide. His experience encompasses all areas of the Reverse Mortgage process. He is an expert at using a reverse mortgage to help seniors out of bankruptcy and foreclosure. He enjoys working with elder law attorneys on life estates and trusts, CFP and CPAs. Mark is professional, experienced, and a trusted, knowledgeable resource. He has been featured in the NY Sunday Times article "Reverse Gear" and the national Reverse Mortgage Magazine The Reverse Review Feb 2011 edition.
Mark has been in the reverse mortgage industry for more than five years and is very passionate about his work as a reverse mortgage consultant.
