Blackstone Real Estate  is a small independently owned and operated  office offering personal services to our clients.  The industry in Mexico is not regulated and many real estate agents in Mexico have no formal training.  Beatriz has completed the formal training which you would expect of a real estate agent in your area.  Previously Beatriz was the top sales person for an international real estate company. The laws governing land ownership in Mexico are very different from the United States and Canada but it is legal for Foreigners to own 100% of the property. Huatulco has international community with people from several countries who have made this their home.
