Paula grew up in a pioneer South Texas ranching family. A sense of responsibility, fairness, perseverance, and respect for others was instilled in her at an early age. After attending a private girl’s school for 12 years, she went to the University of Texas where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science. The summer after her sophomore year, Paula attended the University of Colorado, and fell in love with northern New Mexico while visiting Taos on her way back to Texas. Many trips later became a permanent stay in 1998 and she made the historical city of Santa Fe her home. Paula has enjoyed success in the sale of luxury properties since becoming a realtor in Houston, Texas in 1968. She works diligently to satisfy her clients, buyer and sellers, with all their real estate transactions. She realizes that often the purchase of a home or other real estate is one of the largest investments a client might make. With a passion for life, an eye for fine architecture and an appreciation for the history of Santa Fe, her clients have found her enthusiasm and friendliness contagious. She served on their board for the Leaders in Luxury conference in 2006. She is a Prudential Fine Homes Specialist, and an elite broker with Who’s Who In Luxury Real Estate. She has also earned Prudential Real Estate’s e-certified designation. An avid gardener, “great cook”, a sometimes” artist, Paula loves to travel, entertain her friends, and read a good book.
