Education:

Paula holds a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs; a Law degree from the University of British Columbia and a Masters Degree in Law from the University of San Diego. Called to the bars of British Columbia and California, she first practiced as a litigation lawyer in the Vancouver office of a national law firm before moving to the prosecutor’s office.
