Connie started her real estate career back in 1991. She moved to the United States on her 11th birthday. She grew up in Highland Park, IL and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University. Connie has worked and lived in San Diego for past 20 years. | I have worked with many Real Estate Professionals in the past, buying/selling and renting and by far I must say that Connie has been THE best. She is an extremely pleasant and friendly person, so easy to discuss any issues with, and whether you are the seller, buyer or tenant, I feel she looks out for your best interest. As soon as we met Connie, we decided we would have her list our rental property. She walked through the townhouse and gave us valuable advise re. necessary upgrades, smoke and CO detectors etc., which we really appreciated. She arranged for the property to be professionally photographed at her expense, and I noticed in the photographs that she had taken the trouble to add a few decorations to enhance the interior of the house. Her professionalism, knowledge and thoroughness is quite evident when you begin to work with her especially when trying to find the right tenant that suits your expectations. | I spoke with three other realtors that wanted to price conservatively and make an easy sale, Connie was willing to price higher and work to get it sold. End of the day, she was able to not only list but sell higher than other agents. Her advice was spot on. She was there at every step rather than have a team of underlings handle different aspects. Moreover, I lived in Los Angeles and the property needed some repairs. Connie made sure to bring in the right people at the right price, again saving me thousands relative to quotes other realtors were giving. Lastly, we had some difficult buyers that dragged their feet and made several unjustified demands. Connie held her own, pushed back, and did what was necessary to ensure that we were not taken advantage of and that the buyers moved ahead with the transaction. |

| Connie helped me with an out of state move. She worked tirelessly to find me the right place to call home and did this in just a few days! That's right, she went out of her way for me after I shared my immediate job move and an urgent need to find a place and I love it! Other reps and agents never returned my call or simply denied me claiming too much work and they would not be rushed. I'm proof that she cares about her customers. | We have just bought our home in Carmel Valley with the help of Connie. Connie is a truly professional and intelligent real estate agent. For me the most important skill set for a sale associate during the home purchase process were: being accessible, punctual and knowledgeable. I should say Connie exceeded my expectations in all of these areas. I should also note that since I was moving from Canada, the purchase of a home in US was an incredible challenge. However, with Connie’s help the home purchase process went very smoothly. In fact, most of the purchase process was done remotely and Connie did a great job taking care of everything on my behalf. | Connie helped make the home buying experience very pleasant and pain free. Connie spent a lot of time breaking down the home buying process for me. I was never pressured into putting out an offer on a house that I wasn't fond of. As a matter of fact she pressured me NOT to buy the home unless I absolutely loved it. She was very flexible with her schedule and was willing check out any house that I was interested in. What really stood out about Connie was that one time I had asked her to take me to a house so I could measure the cabinet dimensions for a refrigerator. I had to cancel on her however she went to the house on her own to take the dimensions without me. I can bet a lot of realtors out there won't do that for their clients. I would recommend Connie to all my friends and family. |
