My basic philosphy about real estate is that "I'm not a sales person". As a former educator, I feel that providing the consumer with as much up-to-date information regarding current market conditions, the consumer will make their own decision and it will be one that they can live with.
As such, I have spent a good deal of time my first year reading and attending as many classes as possible. I go to the office everyday and glean information from anyone willing to share. In my short 10 months I have closed 15 properties and will end this month with 4 additional closings. All this in a "down market".
My biggest commitment is to my client's satisfaction. Whether its a $7000 REO or the $500,000 custom home, each client gets the best I have to offer.
