Polly began her real estate career in 1977, and has specialized in coastal North County residential real estate ever since. Born and raised in Coronado, her focus on homes along the coastal corridor between La Jolla and Carlsbad was a natural choice. In 1983, Polly expanded her real estatexpertise into the Rancho Santa Fe area. Having extensive knowledge of these unique areas, the development & building industry, as well as experience with a range of economic market conditions over the past 34+ years, gives Polly an excellent sense of value and timing - an invaluable benefit to her clients. Her philosophy has always been consistent: her clients' best interests and priorities come first and foremost, in her professional representation of their needs.

Polly Rogers has consistently ranked in the top 1% of production among her counterparts in Prudential's Rancho Santa Fe office's, as well as in the top 1%, out of the company's 2,300 agents in San Diego County. A multi-year Chairman's Circle recipient, Rogers has ranked among the top 3% of Prudential's 68,000 agents nationwide. Polly can assist her clients with luxury home sales, short sales, investment properties & beach homes.

Rogers attended San Diego State University and is the proud parent of two sons. A water sports enthusiast, she enjoys swimming, sailing, diving and surfing in her spare time. In addition to being an active member of the national, state, and local Association of Realtors, Rogers lends her fundraising efforts to several foundations supporting local schools and children's causes. She also participates in many organizations including Women in Business San Diego, Women's Council of REALTORS San Diego Chapter and Encinitas Chamber of Commerce.
