My name is Brian J Cimperman-- a Mobile Notary Signing Agent (NSA) since 2004.
rollincloser, LLC, is a small company located in Independence OH.
I specialize in closing loan documents, as well as, experience in closing seller documents. I have been performed many types of closings: such as purchase, refinance, reverse, piggyback, HELOC, new construction, and commercial
My company also performs:
- RPI's a.k.a on-site visual inspections (Field Service Agent)
- local courier services (small packages & envelopes)
I believe that customer service is the most vital and essential part of my business.
In order to perform a loan document signing you must:
1st-- Be a notary= Carry a current notary commission, in OH--every five years.
2nd-- Have basic knowledge of loan documents= Many of the documents are confusing and/ or complicated; therefore, most signer(s) will have numerous questions. Caution and discretion must be used when explaining certain documents..Note: Independent NSA's are:
not an attorney not the loan officer not the escrow officer.3rd--Have patience= You should not expect the signer(s) to simply "Sign Here" for every document. Loan document packages can exceed 100 pages.
4th--Be couteous and respectful= Most signers are nervous about the paperwork at hand. Signers have been known to contact their loan representative or the tilte/escrow comapny about the NSA.
