I got into this business to make a differnence. Not wanting to spend the "extra" money on a commission I tried to sell my first home through a "help you sell" kind of company. Not only did they NOT help me sell but cost me over 20K on  the sell of my home.  Needless to say I learned a valuable lesson. Let a TRAINED person do what they have gone to school for. I would not take my child to a mechanic for a well child visit would I? So, after my horrible experience I decided to get educated and then help another people along the way not fall into the same pit falls.

Since then I have taken every course available to me. I am trained in Short sales to help those who are not able to keep their home and do not want to face foreclosure. There are honest reliable Doctors, Lawyers and Realtors.... referral is the name of the game. What is that old slogan? " If I have done a good job tell others', if not tell me". So, If you have had a good experience share it, if not become part of changing it.
