I worked as a Mortgage Loan Processor for 5 years.  In 2005 I chose to take Real Estate classes to further her education in the field.  I finalized my classes in March of 2006.  I took my State test in April of 2006.  The day my test was set for was the day of my daughters 4th birthday.  I had my mother in Indianapolis with me for support.  I was so upset she did not get to wake up with nor would I get to see my daughter on her birthday I told her mother if I did not pass I would not come back.  Well after a few hours I came out of the testing room to find I passed.  I was so ecstatic that I had passed I raced back to South Bend and Signed on with American National Realty so I could start  working with Buyers and Sellers as quickly as possible.

I worked both as a processor and a Realtor for about 8 months.   In December of 2006 I decided I was going to start 2007 off as a full time Realtor.  Making the decision to become a full time Realtor I also decided I wanted to be with a well known company.  I chose to sign on with Cressy & Everett's Cleveland Road office in Mishawaka.  I am now currently a full time Realtor.  I really enjoy educating my buyers/sellers during the purchase/sale of their home.  There is no greater reward than getting the house sold for your sellers and finding the home of your buyers dreams.


My area in expertise is both working with Buyers and Sellers.  I work in both High end properties and low end properties.  I stay up to date on all the newest issues in the real estate world.  This helps me be able to educate both my Buyers and Sellers during their transaction.

The home of the seller will show up on our television show that airs twice on Sunday.  This is not a cable show, but is on the NBC channel as well as the UPN channel.  This has been terrific marketing as well.  There's a lot of marketing that I do that I can sit down and show you. I would love to share with you.

For homebuyers, I have a specialized format where I really help educate the buyers about the market, what to expect, when to expect it, and what the outcomes will be.  This process is developed for first-time homebuyers as well as people who have bought and sold many homes all over the U.S.  I am proud of the amount of information I share with the buyers that I work with. Over 82% of the buyers go to the internet before they ever talk with an agent.  I am dedicated to working with those potential clients as quickly and efficiently as possible.  Much of my markeitng is geared towards the internet.

Being I know the loan process for buyers I can help guide them thru the transaction with the bank.  I always try to make the purchasing of the home as easy as possible.
