I have been in real estate since 1988.  I have a GRI designation and was a former real estate residential appraiser.  I also hold a brokers license.  I know the areas of Batavia, Geneva, St. Charles and North Aurora.  My experience in these areas is great.  I constantly tour and search new listings to see what is on the market so the client gets the best opportunity to find the properties of the their dreams.  I will do what it takes to make any and all transactions smooth so the client does not have to worry about is happening.
