We will talk about the big four (location, size, condition and price) as well as other requirements specific to your needs. Together, we will look at neighborhoods and homes to develop an understanding of your preferences and needs. I provide you with a wealth of reputable resources that include: lenders, home inspectors, pest control inspectors, contractors, and other specialists that may be needed in the course of making a successful transaction. As a first time buyer you will learn about the home-buying process from beginning to end. I will provide guidance in such a way that you will know what to expect ahead of time and that you will become the expert in selecting the home that is right for you. I will also show you special financing programs offered by the federal, state and city governments as well as private sources that may save you money and help you better afford to purchase. You will receive daily property updates by email of homes, listed on the multiple listing service, that meet your stated requirements. I will check in with you at least one to two times each week to help us stay focused and to proactively deal with any problems that may arise. My continual previewing of properties that come on the market will help you focus on viewing only those that most closely match your needs saving you valuable time. We will develop a comprehesive marketing plan tailored to your property. This plan will include everything necessary to market your property to the people most likely to buy it. this includes, newsprint ads, internet ads, flyer delivery, email, sign placement, open houses, invitations to agents and neighbors, placement on the Multiple Listing Service, and other targeted demographics specific to your property.

I will help you review and analyze offers on your property so that you will be able to make informed decisions.
