Hello, I'm Pauline Salvador a Realtor in Beautiful West Virginia, serving the Eastern Panhandle and Hampshire, Hardy and Morgan Counties. I just recently received my CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation. What a wonderful training experience.
I have my GRI designation (Graduate Real Estate Institute of WV). I'm a graduate of the Jack Kelley School of Real Estate, I'm a member of the National Association of Realtors, I'm a member of the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors and a member of the Metropolitan Regional Information System. I'm also a West Virginia Notary.
I am a member of the RE/MAX Executive Club for 2007.
I joined the elite few to become an Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors Top Producer for 2007 thru 2017
I work in the greatest office, everyone works together as a team. It's a family not an office.
Speaking of my family - I have a son, daughter and three Grandchildren. Grandchildren are so much fun. They love to go on some appointments with me and have a tablet of paper to write a contract.
I previously held the position Secretary of the Martinsburg Lions Club. I find it very rewarding to be able to help others.
I volunteer for Habitat for Humanity - The local chapter has been doing a womens build which was a terrific learning experience, I have met many wonderful ladies and look forward to working on future projects.

Certifications
I'm a buyers and sellers agent. I love helping first time home buyers find their dream homes. Many times it can be sad when a family sells a home, I know this from my own experience, for myself thinking back about all the memories of my children growing up in the home and then it was gone, but the new memories just keep getting better all the time.
I'm a Certified Distressed Property Expert and can help home owners that are having trouble making their mortgage payments do a short sale and avoid foreclosure.
I'm active with the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors, as chair of the RPAC committee and a member of the education committee.
