I have more than one really. The main reason I came on the ActiveRain platform was to improve my Google ranking. Over the time I've been on here I've found it useful to read other people's opinions on subjects, learn about things I may not have realized, and get some persepective from other professionals' experiences. I also like that as a lender I can post questions to agents about certain approaches I am considering taking and how effective they may be. What I've found in those cases is that everyone is a little different and some are more open than others.
