I haven't noticed an increase in the calls. I just supposed they could find the info on the Internet and wouldn't need to call. 

Not so much as Agents calling trying to be the first one over there...

William - I have not found that the neighbors are the first ones calling on a new listing. They must be telling you they are the neighbors, and probably are not interested in buying.

No. actually, it seems to me that interest from neighbors has dropped off, except for one listing I have where neighbors are just nosy.

And are the first ones through the front door at the open house, as well!

Thats human nature.  Mrs. Kravitz always comes a callin.  The first open house is usually take a number please.

 It has always been that way for me and I welcome the opportunity to talk to them and see if they know anyone that would like to have as a neighbor ..

I'm not seeing an increase in nosy neighbor activity.  It seems to be pretty consistent from before.

These days people find out on the internet so I do not receive calls from neighbors.

They sometimes do, but would not say on a regular basis.

Hi William -- sure, they love to know what is going on in their neighborhood and I like having them call and ask -- it's another opportunity to expose the house to a possible buyer(or buyer connection).  

Typically, when a listing is new, I can also invite any caller to an upcoming open house event too.
