My niche is high-end homes. I'm known for making the entire adventure stress-free and simple. My clients see me as a duck gliding through the water and never ever see my feet paddling furiously underwater :)
I am a full time agent I work where I live. I was raised Catholic by depression era parents who were raised by folks born at the turn of the century! My Morals, values and work ethic are unshakable I Know who I am and what I am about! I bring myself and my history into every professional contact.

Good morning Jan. When it comes to lending, have always focused on establishing as many niches as I can, that has served me well.
I am working hard to develop the relationships. Build them and the business will come.
Jan Green - staying in touch with all the clients. I have a demographic niche - people originally from India.
And they remember me for making sure I educated them with EVERYTHING they wanted to know about buying and selling a home.
This question really baffles me...I think I do what I am suppose to do, which is put my clients interest ahead of mine and look out for them. That is what I do. No matter what, I take care of them. My Clients call me all sorts of nice things like awesome, sweet, trustworthy, fearless. I think I am doing what I am suppose to be doing.
Our niche is doing large scale appraisals of forest land and timber, we have been working on systems for thirty years that help us to be very quick and accurate.
My clients have said over and over, never had a REALTOR that was so prompt in answering phone calls and/or emails. I think my customer service, but my niche is relocation.
They know they are getting a ton of experience and knowledge and will not be lead astray. That is something that only comes from years of hard work. I know new construction bacwards and forwards.
I don't come off as a 'sales' person. I have casual conversations with prosects focused on their needs. I answer their questions and convey what I offer without boasting, bragging or selling.
My "niche" has become realtors/new home buyers.
People remember the name The Flooring Girl. Many also remember the purple which is my brand color.
They remember that I was the real estate agent to call for new construction..... that was my niche.... I made a good living on that...
I am a licensed CPA in addition to being a brokerage owner and Chairmain of our Board's Professional Standards Committee and am also a Mediation Officer. My agents know me for my ethics, and other agents and clients know me for my integrity. In a Board of over 6,000 members - to be remembered as "the guy who has integrity" is kind of special.
