I have just about every spice and herb you could name.  They are all in alphabetical order and used regularly.  I'm big into Morraccan dishes these days :)

I am definitely a power user. I have a 3 shelf spice cabinet as well as spice racks that fold down from the cabinets. I just made a dish which called for Mexican Oregano and Mexican Chili Powder.

I'm a power user.

It's so funny you should bring this up. I just had this conversation with friends of mine tonight. His wife cooks amazingly well and is a spice power user. He's making a spice holder for his mom. (He's an amazing wood worker. He's designing this "rack" himself and it's so different and unique) Well he's asking my opinion. His wife keeps chiming in and thinks his mom needs a scaled down version of what he's planning because she doesn't really get too creative with cooking.

Then I came up in conversation. I have so many spices, but yet I rarely cook. I was married to a chef. Now I'm dating a former chef. My best friend is an amazing cook. I keep spices around so others can cook at my house, and they do.
