Why are we spending so much time and energy with this issue?  If the majority of us ignore this type of question perhaps they would get the message.

This sounds like another Utah real estate student.  They keep coming in and asking the same q's over and over again.

I think they might be in real estate school.

Honestly, I do not care. I skip most ''book'' questions, most of them are pointless, why to waste time? 

    Interesting thought that this is some Real Estate School in Utah. 

    Maybe somebody can email "the real Ruth Mary Hansen" through her LinkedIn page and ask her if she is aware of these questions.

I made a comment that she asked the same question just a few days ago. I just don't get the purpose of it.

I'm kind of miffed that we take the time to answer with the offering of help. And she's posing as a ??

I don't pay attention to questions from posters without a profile photo or questions that seem to come out of a text book.

These students are being given the same questions over and over to ask and frankly they are not the type of questions that will get anyone to pass a real estate comprehensive exam. They are way too subjective and varies state to state. They have gotten to be very annoying.

I haven't even seen the questions, but wouldn't answer them anyway.  I enjoyed seeing the answers here though.  Some made me smile!

I must have missed the questions.  I do see many anonymous questions which I find rather odd as well.

I have no clue.  Nor, do I care.

Ignorance and stupidity are part of the normal course of events.  We all have seen plenty of misinformation here and elsewhere.  To give it credence and attention is to further this flow of miscommunication...All the best to you in 2016.  A

Just ignore these posters

I Googled her and she is a real person in the sense that it is actually her name. Beyond that.........

If it is a real person with a photo whether an agent or student, i love to answer and try to help, HOWEVER it is time to put our foot down to STOP answering anonymous posters questions and stop those who wont post a photo. 

I think there are lot of Ruth Mary Hansens among the AR membership.

Never even notice her name before...  I will pay attention now.

I have wondered about her and some others who ask questions that don't make sense.  I don't answer the ridiculous questions.

If you read their blog post it sounds like they have been an agent for some time, but it has zero information in their profile about company and no contact information.  Perhaps a company name and number should be a requirement to register

The indicators are that something is wrong. There is no shortage of members with misleading information.

This doesn't bother me. If it is students asking questions...let them ask. Maybe someday they will become contributing members here on AR. 

Sam Shueh had a great response to her first question.  To paraphrase: You're a managing broker AND you have to ask this question!

How do we report profiles?  I think it's time to a jump start on "spring cleaning"
