It really depends. If I think that the prospect is motivated, or I can really see where we could put a deal together on one of my properties, I will follow up with them as long as it takes. If a prospect is wishy washy or unrealistic, I will follow up with them periodically, and if I do not like the prospect, I will never follow up with them. I will either refer them or they can find their own way.
