Most of the snowbirds use Easter as a departing time for the season. So, the earlier it is, the earlier they depart. Some use April 15th!

Yes, every year Easter does affect our Market, here in our community Kevin J. May. It's one of two scenarios! Either family comes down earlier to visit parents/grandparents for a week's vacation around the Holiday, or, family goes back to their home state for the Holiday and their snowbird season is effectively over for this year, until again when they return, in the Fall. I'm a fan of Easter being later, also!
