Andy, We use IDX Broker (Platinum version). Overall love it, but the biggest negative is the feed only updates once every 24 hours. Archaic when some sites update every 15 minutes.

I have investigated this ad nauseum & am still not happy with the choices. Some are not compatible with my MLS or only do the west part of the U.S.
Hope I see some good answers here.

IDX Broker is too slow to update. It should be minutes, not a day or two.

I use IDX Broker. Like others have mentioned ... they update every 24 hours ... ridiculous given technology today.

My IDX feed is provided through Market Leader and integrates well with my registration and CRM. It's a great combination.

I chose not to go with an IDX search. In my experience, even when I've provided ACTIVE clients with search portals they still preferred to utilize Redfin/Zillow/Realtor. The SEO boost from an indexible IDX wasn't worth it to me and I don't think I've ever seen a personal site show on page one because of an indexible IDX, when I've searched by property address. It's still the well known portals followed by the big named companies. Wasn't worth the $$ to me.
