She ain't two brite! Despite not being able to read headlines, why would she think it's a good thing to for her client to buy a property sight unseen? I just would have hung up on her.

People often jump to conclusions without getting the facts straight first!

Although here's what probably happened. The agent picked up your flyer and didn't read it thoroughly and told her client there was this great house for sale and wow, what a price. The buyer probably said, "Oh, gee, isn't that a rental park? Why would you provide me with a rental park home when I specifically said I wanted a fee simple home?" And now the agent feels like a jerk and needs to take it out someone else!

Well, some of our colleagues do not know when to stop when they choose to blame you. But in reality, all information is there if I list a property( in private remarks, or property description, the more the better). Read before calling. 

Nothing surprises me.  Especially stupidity.

" Desirable residential neighborhood with many custom built homes." I asked what is acceptable?  I can not comment on your question.  Can I talk to another person. Customer service hang up.

I think I will not use Fidelity escrow and title for awhile.
