Surveys are a dime a dozen - responses are biased by personalities, the mood of the person at the time they completed the survey, etc. When people are happy and supported they stay. When they are not, they look elsewhere. That is just human nature. In the end, my opinion won't matter when I have already left the company. No one will please all of the people all of the time.
