Depends on the price point, location, etc. Hard to generalize. And let's not forget how many sellers thought because the market was hot they could go crazy with their asking prices to learn otherwise. That also accounts for prices dropping. To some degree, less property moving is a result of less inventory. Hard to sell something you don't have to sell.

Inventory in Charlotte is incredibly low, Ginger. Our market is typically slow this time of year anyway but, sales are down because there is less inventory. However, I have seen more price reductions in the past few weeks than I've seen in years.
