I attended a tech review last week - 14 vendors in 1.5 days.  Lion Desk was one of the vendors.  It has some great features and I am curious how it will work if implemented.  The video without having to utilize a 3rd party such as Bomb Bomb or even You Tube is a feature I really liked plus the drip campaigns already set up which can be used.  I would like to hear how you like it as you work it over the next few months.
