The depressed market may be seen in the prices but sales are averaging 157 per month, and there were 2278 sales over the past 12 months.    There are presently 382 active residential listings, ranging in price from a low of $26,400.00 to a high of $1,200,000.00. There is a home for every price and taste in Buckeye.    Of these homes, 58 are lender owned, 76 are short sales and 248 are equity sales. Top Resale Realtor in Sun City Festival Yep, it's official... at least for the time being.  This last year I started receiving a number of congratulatory phone calls from other brokers (as well as people trying to sell me something) commenting on my being the top selling Realtor in Sun City Festival. After the second or third call I had to see exactly where I stood.  To date, since January of 2010 I have had 30 sales. 14 Buyer side sales and 16 Sun City Festival sold listings.  The next closest Realtor had 20 "sides" during the same time period.  Several of the Realtors in my Ken Meade Realty office have started calling me the Sun City Festival queen.
