We know Home Staging helps both buyers and sellers, but I love the difference Home Staging makes in the Realtor listing  the house.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 What a profound difference Home Staging makes in the presentation of the home! Phoenix Area homeowners are searching for ways to survive the housing crash.  Homeowners throughout metropolitan phoenix collectively have lost billions of dollars since home values have fallen as much as 50 percent from 2007 values.  Those homeowners that remain in their homes, and have not lost them to foreclosure or selling at a loss, feel they are paying the price for bad lending practices and other  homeowners who have walked away from their mortgage.  This is not just impacting homeowners who bought their homes during the boom of 2004-2007, but it is impacting homeowners who purchased their homes throughout the past 20 years. You see, unfortunately many homeowners who purchased their homes before the housing boom began in 2003 fell prey to the overinflated home values, and started ...
