Wickenburg, AZ Real Estate News

The Town of Wickenburg is becoming more of a "Western" attraction for people who want to escape the hustle and bustle of Phoenix and enjoy the slightly cooler temperatures of Wickenburg.   In the past year there have been some significant improvements to the downtown area.   As visitors stroll through the downtown area, they can enjoy the 8 large western historic sculptures and the 16 small ones that were recently donated to The Town.  Each of these has a short narrative explaining some of the history of Wickenburg.  In addition, with the completion of the Bypass, and the new "Traffic Calmers" which are islands with trees and colorful bushes and plants, the downtown area is becoming a more desirable place to visit.   The newest addition to the Town is the Frederic Remington Bronze Statu...

Just Give me a Lawn chair,  a package of Sunflower seeds and a cool drink.      In Rural Wickenburg AZ the season for  Football  has overtaken our leisure time.    During the week, practice and Saturday Games   the pre-season games have shaken out the Cob-webs in the players minds,  and  the Coaches almost forgot that it is  100o  still in AZ.    This past Sat.  the game was out of town.  Traveled to Prescott AZ  and with  the elevation change the Wickenburg Team really enjoyed their game.   I am looking forward to the Home game  on the  25th Sep.

Great Area for Outdoor Sports Enthusiasts!  Whether you are horseback riding, hiking or 4 wheeling, there are plenty of great places to challenge your skills or just enjoy the scenery.  The Wickenburg Conservation Foundation in cooperation with BLM is currently working on a master trail plan for a 25 mile radius around Wickenburg.  In addition to that, there are plenty of other areas to enjoy out Beautiful Desert such as Vulture Peak, the Hassayampa River and Box Canyon where you will find a river that flows year round. Small Town - Friendly Community!   The 2006 Census Bureau estimated the population of Wickenburg to be 6,423.  My estimate is around 7500, and it probably grows to approximately 12,000 in the winter.  Unlike the massive suburbs of Phoenix where you will find trac homes ...

The Million Dollar Question(s)! Howdy y'all! Hope you gracefully survived another summer in Arizona, and to our friends returning for our "heavenly part of the year", Welcome Back!                    So what are the Million Dollar Question(s)?  OH MY GOSH...THERE ARE A BUNCH!  How are these for starters?:  Are the Buyers gonna Buy this Season?; Are the Lenders gonna lend? ; Is there any money for the lenders to lend?;  Are we near the Bottom?; And perhaps the Granddaddy of them all: What does this Bail Out Package mean to the Real Estate Market? Afternoon, Everyone, I have been  so busy  is that what happens  when you schedule  down time?     I reported back into the office  to just check in  and see how the  other  people  were doing (those unfortunates who did not schedule themselves out in August.)  But  each and every agent  in the CWB Rocky Point  Mexico office had clients in their cars.      I have to go back and manage the offers.   This is opposite of the  Aug 07  snail pace  and really amazing.    I won't complain,  it is a buyers market  for sure,   But  we have BUYERS.  If you would like to know about this great market  in a small beach town  only  4 hours  from Phoenix or Tucson  send me a note.

Please feel free to click anywhere here to visit my blog site. Thanks for Reading! ~Kyle
