To be successful in any over-populated field, the strategy must be to set yourself apart from the cheesy billboard or bus stop bench advertisement and be creative, not only in exposing your business but also in building your reputation. OLD DEL MAR CA HAS OCEANFRONT CONDOS  FOR SALE & WALKABLE BEACH CONDOS   I'm in escrow an an Oceanfront Home For Sale in Old Del Mar. Because I've been in the area a lot recently due to my new escrow and I've come realize that Old Del Mar has tons of Oceanfront and practically Oceanfront condo complexes just blocks away from Del Mar Beaches and Del Mar Village. A lot of these complexes have an intimate vibe with only 8-20 units in them. Most of these Del Mar Condominiums and Del Mar Townhomes have swimming pools, some have clubhouses, and most of them are located west of the 101 in Olde Del Mar.
