Treaty Oaks a 165-acre development, will be a mile east of Interstate 95 on Route 207, just minutes to downtown St. Augustine. The community will surround the St. Johns County Treaty Oaks Park. There will be 418 homes in this new community, with access from Wildwood Dr. as well as Route 207.
