This article will be analyzing the Kill Devil Hills real estate market by comparing the sales of single family homes during the first six months of 2016 and the first 6 months of 2017. The spreadsheets below break down the single family home sales in the 3 distinct geographic areas of Kill Devil Hills. Each of these areas has distinct qualities that require separate analysis.
