Yesterday, I was contacted by a buyer to view two properties. Work schedules are tough right now so he wanted to see both houses on the same day. He was open to viewing yesterday or this evening. Whichever day would accommodate both sellers. One seller declined our showing for yesterday. The other property was vacant and available both days so we scheduled the two showings for this evening.
