Dos Lagos is a relatively small Dripping Springs neighborhood just west of downtown off of Highway 290.  As of today there are just 2 Dos Lagos homes for sale and there is one under contract.  The last home sold (in the MLS) in Dos Lagos was in April of this year.  There may have been others that were never in the MLS, but I do not have access to that information. As for Dos Lagos lots, which are all one acre or larger, there are 2 home sites on the market and prices start at $55,000.  The last lot sold in Dos Lagos was in August of this year. 12/02/2011
