  So, I was reading through my parenting magazine this morning, and I came across an article that struck me and inspired me!!!   Growing up, my parents did not have a lot of money.  There were 5 children and both of my parents worked full time to make it.  I can remember times when I was a little disappointed as a young child, because I didn’t get that ONE thing I really wanted for my birthday or for Christmas.  I can remember my parents actually breaking the news to me that “there is no Santa” in order to spare my disappointment come Christmas morning because they didn’t have the funds that year to go all out and my 7 year younger sister and 8 year younger brother were still young enough to really be impacted by the loss of Santa (although, looking back I feel like it was probably time... 10/10/2012

Welcome Barnes and Noble to Fredericksburg Barnes and Nobles is coming to Fredericksburg's Central Park, and should be opening Mid-Fall 2012 (sometime near the end of October to the first week of November).  The book retailer sealed a deal on a 10 year lease within over twenty-four thousand square feet.  The book store is going to be a pretty large book store.  The huge book retailer hasn't opened a new location in over a year and the Fredericksburg store will be the first of many.  The bookstore will be located right beside Target and will be right in the heart of Central Park.  I'm not sure about the City of Fredericksburg, but my wife and I are ecstatic about the book store.  We spend A LOT of time in bookstores, and Barnes and Nobles has always been our favorite.  Hope to see you t... 10/05/2012
