I was desperate for a good topic today. I wanted it to be positive and inspiring. So here it is... Through the efforts of cleaning the air we have added 5 months on to our life span. It may not sound like a lot but to me it is worth every second! I am including a link to the article I found because it is hard to relay all of the information here. Yesterday was a busy day. It is hard to sum the morning up in words, so I though a Haiku would explain my plight... Look on the Internet and see who is marketing and where.( this is probably how they will market your home) Compile a list of  local agents that caught my attention and list where they work.( they should know your neighborhood) Prepare a list of questions. Call them up and set up an interview. Pay attention to their marketing plan, and ask questions. Review the information they provided. Ask for testimonials from their previous clients.
