Bella Vista is an awesome area to live in Vancouver, WA 98683!  The homes are in the $300K to $900K range. They are built on a slight hillside and this gives them the advantage of being able to view the Columbia River in the daytime and Portland skyline at night. Not all the homes have FULL view of the river but most do have the twinkling colorful lights of Portland,OR to enjoy aat night and all the fascinating sail boats, tug boats, and also the winter lighted Christmas ships flotilla travel up and down the river.   It's such a peaceful sight to watch the river and the lights.  If you really desire a VIEW....It is highly suggested to tour the interior of a home to check out the type of view each home offers is important of course!   Bella Vista is an awesome area to live in Vancouver, ... 03/26/2014
