The Cell phone is a necessity in our business, but why don't some agents use it?  I mean its there in their hand, hooked to their belt, attached to their purse, and yet when you call you get their voice mail.  You leave a voicemail, and hope to hear back from the agent.  NOT !!   If you are lucky...
