It's been a tough few months, no doubt.  At the end of April the buyer incentives went away and showings slowed radically.  Sellers were compromising fairly heavily on their prices gladly.  Interestingly enough it's picking up quickly here.  Lot's of speculation revolves around the upcoming elect...
