It is a very handy tool especially for clients who want to know what their payments will be for each house they look at! Often too they will ask about down payment, and different programs, taxes, insurance, and more. You can plug it all in and give them an answer with with just a few taps on your iPad and show them right there! They are typically very impressed with this. Definitely recommended!
