I Used to be their biggest fan, but my support is fading (by cranewms)

For years we bought bought dozens of Dells, they were far more reliable than the competition, hp, compaq and the others could not compare.
But the past 5 years we have had many disappointments and Dells' response to our concerns seems to be one of ignoring us.
Now we are ready to invest in a few more computers and they will not be Dells.
