As other reviewers have stated: "These computers just seem to die after 3-4 years" and "The battery life did not hold up as long and toward the end it was getting slower by the minute which could have other causes." We switched from Dell to Sony Vaiosm, then in 2009 made the move to Mac. Have not had to purchase a new desktop or laptop since then!
