Happy Grasshopper and I connected a year ago after hearing many good things from other agents using this tool to keep in touch! Instead of the usual real estate news, Happy Grasshopper sends out every two weeks a short article that usually includes a short video about some thought provoking item that leaves the reader thinking about something of importance outside of the real estate world. It is refreshing way to keep in touch and I hear back great comments from my readers! Try it You will like it! Dan Stewart is the Man!
